workplace dilemma when someone had all white hair and moustache yesterday, and today has all brown hair and moustache, is it appropriate to comment? on the one hand, its nice to recieve compliments regarding haircuts, changes in appearance, but on the other hand dying hair is usually meant to simulate actual hair colour and not be noticed, so calling attention to it may not be what he is going for. i'd hate to miss an opportunity to be affirming to someone, but is it worth the risk? some people say i create stress for myself. i have no idea what they mean by that.
