Check out this interesting article about Mel Gibson's movie. I am especially intrigued by his realization of what would happen if the mainstream Christian voice tries to "claim" the movie as their own, or even to overtly use it as a "tool".
This movie, like its story, needs to speak for itself. Hopefully Mel Gibson, and the rest of us who believe, will resist the temptation to have it speak for anyone or anything but that.
